Overview
ClientWhys (Formerly known as ImageOne), a provider of marketing and continuing education (CPE) products for the accounting services industry, sought to expand their existing business by offering online, fully-automated, fully-accredited CPE courses to their customers. ClientWhys selected CPI's own knowledge delivery system as the base platform for their new business. We tailored a unique solution for them based on our already successful platform. 2008 UPDATE: CPI re-engaged to re-design website interfaces.

Challenges
1. To build a system that could meet the varied accreditation requirements of the industry, including NASBA, CTEC and QAS certification standards.
2. To enable ClientWhys to easily and quickly manage and expand their course curriculum as necessary.
3. To create an engaging and friendly web interface, as well as easy-to-use course and test-taking tools for the client’s online customers.

To dynamically deliver personalized certification documents to successful test-takers in real time.

Solutions
1. Designed a unique database solution for the unique course/product structure required by the client.
2. Designed a pleasing user interface based on ClientWhys’s existing web presence to allow customers to easily transition from offline to online enrollment.
3. Developed customized course-building tools for the CPE examination profile.

Results
1. Since course enrollment and product delivery is fully automated, ClientWhys can now offer a full range of CPE services to their customers and can begin to expand their customer reach indefinitely.
